Epoxy
Floors

Chemical, static,

and Oil resistant

N

Non Slip

Epoxy floors have texture which provide grip. We can also put additional aggregate in the top coat to give the floor even more texture for safety.

N

Flake and Quartz

Choose between sand or flake for unique looks to enhance the floor design.

N

Color mixes

Choose from many different solid colors or color mixes for your sand or flake.

N

Moisture Barrier

Epoxy floors provide a tough barrier for liquids, oils, chemicals and dirt.  We can also install floors that include a separate water resistant layers to meet spec for food storage or processing.

N

Impact Resistant

Epoxy floors are made to be long lasting, even under tough conditions.  They can withstand impact from heavy equipment, and are much tougher than concrete in both compression and tensile strength tests.

N

Non-Conducting

When you need to eliminate sparks or static from your workshop, install a non-conducting floor to provide grounding.

Ideal for environments with flammable materials.

Epoxy Moisture Mitigation System

Moisture Mitigation

Epoxy systems are also used when there is excess moisture under the concrete substrate.  Freezing water expands and contracts which can seperate the flooring that is bonded to the concrete as well as cause cracks to form.

Before new flooring systems can be installed, a moisture barrier is added to prevent future damage and ensure that the new floors stay strong and beautiful for years to come.

Get your concrete substrate tested for moisture levels before installing new flooring.

Moisture mitigation systems are often placed under microtopping systems and overlays if the concrete has excess moisture.

Epoxy Garage Floor

Epoxy Garage Floors

There are many epoxy systems in use today.  The epoxy itself is used as a strong bonding agent for an aggregate which is installed onto the substrate in layers for maximum strength.

Durable coatings are the final touch which can increase the impact, temperature, and chemical resistance of the floor.

Epoxy is often used to coat garage floors because it is easy to clean and provides long lasting protection against oils and wear from vehicles.

Epoxy floors come in many styles, colors, and applications.  Optional cove base along the walls stops any liquids from seeping into the wall or substrate.  Flake, quartz and metallic epoxy systems are just a few of the beautiful styling options available.

ESD - Anti-Static Epoxy Floor

Anti-Static Floors

Also called Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Flooring and Non-Conductive Flooring, Anti-Static Floors all refer to floors that prevent the occurrence of static electricity.  Elimination of static electricity is accomplished by integrating a conductive material into a resinous base which is then grounded. The conductive material ensures static is collected from the whole surface of the floor, and the grounding straps quickly dissipate that electricity.

Many facilities that produce or handle flammable materials are required to install anti-static flooring to eliminate ignition sources.  Electronics and pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, and healthcare facilites also use anti-static floors to protect sensitive electronic components from damage.

All of our anti-static floors are tested during and after the installation process to enure proper grounding is achieved throughout the whole floor.

Copper straps ensure there is a good connection to ground.  Joints take special care to ensure the conduction layer is not broken.
